DistroPoint is a division of Univectra, which was established in 2017 as a specialized division for professional wholesale distribution in Slovenia. Including the team that runs DistroPoint, the company has more than ten years of experience in distribution.
The origins of DistroPoint date back to 2006, when the team started distributing computer equipment and systems for data centers. Data center air conditioning soon expanded into commercial air conditioning, selling air handling units, chillers and heat recovery units.
When DistroPoint was founded, the expertise in several areas was combined and a program for the sale of biomass heating systems was added. DistroPoint has become the official distributor of several of the world's leading manufacturers of wood and pellet stoves.
The year 2020 saw the arrival of a new team with commercial experience from various sectors and the addition of new areas such as the distribution of high quality household appliances and drinking water treatment solutions. High-end heat pumps and air conditioners were added to the heating, cooling and ventilation program.
In 2021, thanks to new collaborations in the field of warehouse equipment, a new division specialized in storage racks, electric trolleys and stair climbers was launched.
In 2022, DistroPoint has moved to a new location in a new warehouse.
